I remember wishing I could afford the one in my LHS back as a kid. I found one NIB. I've been in the shop trying to figure out which way to go with its gear with reguard to going retro with a bit of modern or wide open modern gear. I've got a OS46 SF with a heli head I thought would be just fine as that was one of the engines on the market at the time. Maybe some digital servos like the Hitec HS-5475 HB and a Futaba 240 doing gyro duty. A TT 50 would also be a good choice as I think a hyper would be overkill. I'm thinking I would make a few post as I build it too along the way. This will be my first build I get to try out my Greaser on too. Well it showed up today and wow, I like the quality of these kits as compared to some of todays China helis I've had. A good mix of solid old school enginering and good use of more modern materials. Not to metion this Robbe kit comes with things like the wire with a hook bent into it used just for pulling the tail's drive belt thru, a pitch gauge template in the manual, and the wood blades are machined very well. As I invetoried the parts, their all there, I couldnt help thinking about starting a collection of older kits. I'll post some pics as I start the build in a week or so..
