Hello ALL?

Now that Curtis Youngblood is about to come out with his Gyro, I believe his second electronic product, who have used his Active Throttle Governor - YEI-YE-ATG2 and how well does it work? That it works well is not in dought, but how do you like it?

What other electronic products are in Curtis's future?

The following comes from Curtis' website and is important to me:

  • Quote:
Active Throttle Mode- Much more than just a limiter. In Active Mode ATG allows you to run your throttle curves and mixes to optimize engine performance, while still governing to to a set RPM. ATG passes through all your throttle curves and mixes and simply modifies that signal as needed to keep your set RPM.

Curtis' Website:

This means that the pilot who knows how to properly tune his or her engine still has an advantage - the same is true for every aspect of helicopters and for that matter about everything in life!

Yes I have the ATG and next week I will have the Solid G gyro - I will put them in the Predator I am building, I have been waiting for awhile for a replacement swashplate to compare with another swashplate.

I will let you know what I think of the ATG once the Predator is built. If I don't get the replacement swashplate soon then I will put the ATG in my Falcon.

did you try yours yet i got mine and really like it. I like it more than my gv-1 ,seems smoother havent done any testing i just like it better. Only thing i didnt like was i had to setup a mix for switch 1 or it would shutoff s2 was fine. I didnt have this with the gv-1 as i just changed the settings in the gv-1 to fix this.
