Hi
When installing the small ball links (you know the little steel balls that have a hole through them and are retained with a small bolt) should the bolt be tight or just snug enough to still allow the ball to rotate slightly? The manual doesn't specify.

Tight. The plastic link should rotate on the stationary ball. If you allow the ball to spin on the screw, you'll only end up wearing through the screw, and then you'll lose your ball link (and subsequently your control).
