Hey 'Cuda,
I thought the fuse seemed a little thin too. I actually pulled it around a little just to see if it would stress crack and it didn't. Pretty good quality. The tubing tip is great but I have a thing for polished alum and stainless components, sort of a sickness. And, since weight isnt really an issue, I'm buildin' a custom after pipe. Totally unnecessary and insane. Hardest part is to admit it.

ps. There's a metal fab shop just a few blocks down the street from my office. These guys have been fabbin up stuff for me for a few years now and they cater to my insanity. I'm lucky that way.
