To a certain extent, that's true. There aren't really any bad kits out there. If you like the looks of the Freya, then go for it. It's a fine machine.

Under certain conditions (namely high speed pirouettes), the tank can liberate itself because of the method of tank mounting. BUT... one little piece of velcro or whatnot, tied around the tank, cures the problem.

Not true. The Freya helis have very reasonable cost pieces. (The Raptor is still cheaper, but that's mostly by virtue of tremendous volume.) You want expensive parts? Go by a Fury or Vigor. As far as "full size" birds go, the Freya is quite reasonable, and HeliProz and Rick's have parts in stock at decent prices.
