Warning: I ordered a complete camera heli with ground station, lanc board, camera mount, etc.. from REMOTE-I in California on 2/19/04. I dealt with a fellow named Rhandal Sayat. I sent another heli to them to add their mount. As of 6/29/04 I have not received the new heli package or the old one and new mount. I have many e-mails promising delivery but the stuff never shows up. i contacted the Vario importer who supplies them with helicopters and they have been building the units for remote-i and put them on a cash basis (no credit). their assumption was that my money ($6,105.00) was used to pay for something else. have contacted the attorney general in CA. last email from remote-i was on 6/22 promising yet again to send the equipment and that it was in the "shipping department". now he won't return phone calls. BEWARE of this guy. the web site looks good and he talks a good line but nothing seems to show up despite all the promises.
