In response to alexander
The last answer:
Sorry we can not continue this kind of talking.
Because we are basically not in position to receive such
trouble matter directly from user.
As advised, first you have to make the contact with the
complete product manufacturer or dealer etc.
Above is mormal and correct procedure.
In general ,it is hardly possible to find real cause of
such piston/cylinder failure from such pictures you sent.
Nevertheless if you still want to ask the problem analysis
of the failure, you may ask the complete heli.company(Vario?)
Of course we do not know what action the company(Vario) will
take action.
Best regards
kawazoe
Alexander, the engine was separately bought from heli as itīs an Hirobo Eagle initially supplied with a Tanaka 24cc and later modified to the 230RC.
Bill, the gear Ratio I use is a 97/12 that makes the blades turn at aprox 1400 rpm with 11000 engine RPM ( the higher point at the tork curve). I ask you about any Vario modification only to know if there is any internal difference between the his 230RC and mine that justifies my broken engine. It seems not to be so, then I only have had a very bad luck as I get the one that statistics say was bad made from each 10.000 units.
will see.
